Consent to the processing of personal data

In e with the requirements of the Federal law of 27.07.2006, № 152-FZ "On personal data" I give my consent Fastmed24 (Operator) for processing, collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, retrieval, using, distribution, transmission, depersonalization, blocking and deletion of my personal data, committed by using means of automation or without them, for the following purposes:

• preventive; to establish a medical diagnosis, rendering of medical and medical-social services provided that processing of personal data relating to health of the User is carried out by a person professionally engaged in medical service and obliged in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to keep patient confidentiality;
• informing about advertising and (or) marketing campaigns and surveys conducted by the Operator in relation to the services provided by the Operator.
• communication with the User, if necessary, including sending notifications, requests and information related to their use of the website, provision of services, as well as processing requests and requests from the User;
• improving the quality of services provided, ease of use, development of new services;
• As well as for any other purposes directly or indirectly related to the provision of medical information and medical services.

The operator does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by Users, and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes the User provides secure and sufficient personal data on the issues requested on the Site. Users of the website are responsible for providing false information in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The consent is provided from the moment of filling in the feedback form/registration on the Operator's website and is valid until the Operator receives a written request to revoke this consent to the processing of personal data.

By submitting your data and providing additional data and documents by phone, Fax or email, You confirm and acknowledge that You have read the agreement and give your consent to the processing of your personal data.
